 Hey there sports fans!

I may have solved the mystery behind why some of us are getting flagged for content. In our rush to service the lewd and debased tastes of our public, we may have, here and there, been posting content that's been hosted by someone else without that party's consent.  That little 'content warning' we have doesn't come into play. We're getting zinged for copyright infringement. 

What we need to take away from this is, Do Your Pirating More Discreetly.

OK I eased you into this post.  Hang on.

I stopped shopping at WinCo because I got sick of the bullshit.  I began shopping at the local Freddy's. Fred Meyer is the premium market at this end of town, and it's closer, too. Yes, it's more expensive, but I figured fine, I'm paying for polite checkers, getting my groceries bagged, a better, cleaner store and waaaaaaaay less holler monsters.   And I bought a chicken there yesterday. 

It was crawling with staph. 

 

Chicken staphylococcosis.

I'll let you expand that image, or not. But what you can see is the fact that it attacks the feet and goes into the body from there. It's caused by gross negligence - chickens being warehoused on wet, shit-saturated bedding - and it comes to your home courtesy of shady fucking packing plants.

 

So. They cut the diseased-looking feet off at the packing plant, put the body in a plastic bag, and ship it out.  At point of purchase, you can't tell just from looking at the outside of the bird that the inside is infected.  

Nope, it's only once you've broken the thing down that you can see that the joints and the bones are black and full of holes - and blossoming with a black substance that looks like the crud that you scrape out of a pipe.

 

And then there's this: most people take a whole chicken, wipe its ass, and then just roast it in the oven.

Go ahead and take a moment.

Yes, I got rid of the chicken. Yes, I washed my hands like a madwoman. Yes I went over the whole kitchen with a disinfectant and yes I was completely grossed out ew ew ew ew gross sick barf why God why.

And now I have to find another place to shop.

Shit.
