And it's like that!  That's how it goes! The stars aligned, I set a damn timer, and changed pan style. That's all I did differently!

    Local breads have lost their "zing" Hot though it is, I think I'll have to start baking again...

      I have never heard of cherry jam, but of course there would be such a thing. Now I wish I had some.
